• The qualifying timeframe begins on January 1^st, 2010 at 00:00 GMT and will end at 11:59 GMT on January 31^st, 2010
• All players who have raked €100.00 during the above timeframe will then be eligible to participate in an exclusive, private tournament on the 17th of February.
• Fortune Poker will contact the winner within 24 hours of the tournaments ending to schedule the prize allocation.
• Fortune Poker reserves the right to use customers Nickname and/or first name and last initial for use in reasonable amount of marketing and/or future promotions.
• Any players found to be "soft playing" or "team playing" in qualifying tournaments in order to enable a player to further his position will be disqualified and all accounts will be suspended.
• Any discussion within the chat facility referring to allowing players to make the final table, soft playing or current position in any of the promotional leader-boards will result in disqualification and account suspension.
• Any abuse of the chat facility during qualifying tournaments will result in disqualification and account suspension.
• Fortune Poker reserves the right to withdraw or alter this promotion at any time or to refuse this offer to any player.
• Value of the chosen Rolex cannot be more than €5,000.
• In the event of a service crash or a disruption, the promotion will continue throughout the two day period, though in cases of prolonged downtime Fortune Poker reserve the right to change dates or extend the promotion. Fortune Poker will be the sole arbiter as to whether the promotion will be rerun.
• Fortune Poker reserves the right to refuse this offer to any player or to withdraw this / or part of this offer / promotion at any time. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any disconnections as per the general rules of the Fortune Poker Poker service. If the game is disrupted by system or network issues Fortune Poker reserves the right to resolve the issue as it sees fit.
